Follow-up Comment #10, bug #57879 (project octave):
I would like Octave to error out for n < 0 as an indication that they are
using the function incorrectly. The principal thing to change is the N = 0
case.
Agree that documentation, BIST tests, and a note in the NEWS file are also
needed.
