That would be a case of going through the mxe-octave file log or use some tool
for it.
What I tried:
* Looked in the mxe-octave file log for tag octave-5.2.0, that was
7e55d4512a62 "Added tag octave-release-5.2.0 for changeset 8c1e1ef46ed2", date
= Feb 3 2020;
* browsed the file log for qscintilla.mk ==> that was changed lastly on Dec.
23 2019 ("src/qscintilla.mk: update to v2.11.4")

==> So I suppose it is v2.11.4

@Hg200: bug #57969 comment #6 might be a duplicate of this bug, or vice versa,
or maybe one should depend on the other.
