[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #57143] print ('-tight', 'q.eps') produces no file

Follow-up Comment #18, bug #57143 (project octave):

I don't have access to a Windows system.  Could someone try the attached patch
against the m-file print.m?  It implements the idea in comment #17 which is to
pass the location of the ghostscript binary to epstool.
