Follow-up Comment #19, bug #57635 (project octave):

I just tried on Mageia Linux, using the very same Octave build that my Windows
build is based on.
Result: works fine so can't confirm on Linux.

FWIW, Qscintilla on Mageia-7 is at 2.11.1, while on mxe-octave it is at
2.14.2. Qt on Mageia-7 is probably also a little older the one used in
mxe-octave.
