Follow-up Comment #28, bug #57635 (project octave):
Hg200, thanks for debugging. Your results confirms that the edit area
(octave_scintilla) does not get the input focus. Another indicator for this is
that the reimplemented focusInEvent of the first tab is not triggered when the
second tab is closed (whereas it is triggered on my Debian system).
The question is what prevents octave_scintilla from getting focus.
