                Priority:              5 - Normal => 3 - Low                
                  Status:                    None => Need Info              
                 Summary:         App not opening => MS Windows GUI not
opening

Follow-up Comment #1:

Thank you for your bug report.  Can you check in the MS Windows Explorer if
the file really does not exist?

information as written there.
