Follow-up Comment #22, bug #58225 (project octave):
Attached is a suggested patch for pkg.m's texinfo with some general
information about installing packages.
I realize that most of it is already touched in the outline of commands
further below, but IMHO the info there is of the type that is understood only
if you already know about it. I hope the extra info in my patch helps to
supply some coherent background for new users.
