Follow-up Comment #3, bug #58324 (project octave):

There are no official nightly builds for Windows, and I'm not sure if anyone
is hosting Windows builds, you could try asking on the maintainers mailing
list. But not necessary for this bug report anyway, we know that this warning
behavior was changed recently and is easily tested on GNU/Linux systems.
