[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #58282] Missing plot properties 'MarkerFaceAlpha' and 'MarkerEdgeAlpha' in the scatter function

Follow-up Comment #8, bug #58282 (project octave):

The attached patch depends on the changes made to the axes graphics object
made in bug #58336. So it has to be applied on top of the two patches in that
bug.
It fixes the failing test and adds support for the "seriesindex" property.

I still don't know why the markers aren't printed with transparency. But maybe
we could leave that for another bug report?
