I did what you suggested and removed libopenblas0-pthread.
sudo apt-get remove libopenblas0-pthread
That did the trick.
Thanks for giving that solution. Lubuntu 20.04 was only released less than a
month ago. So I guess these sorts of things happen with such new releases. I
truly appreciate the workaround.
