Follow-up Comment #1:
No, the 'exp_polar' function is not a part of the symbolic package. This is
the name of a SymPy function, but is not part of the Octave symbolic function
set.
Closing as invalid since the example you show is just calling 'exp_polar'
directly. If you have an example that shows this function being called as a
side effect of some other operation, please share.
