Follow-up Comment #9, bug #57834 (project octave):
I just hit this as well when installing 5.2 on a clean instance of Windows
10.
The workaround - manually extract the dll from the attached zip file -
worked.
I checked my quarantined file list and this was not blocked by any Windows
security tools (this all I run).
It simply looks like that file was not extracted/installed during setup.
If there is any logging or other debug info I can provide let me know. I'll
try reinstalling if that would help.
