Follow-up Comment #9, bug #58686 (project octave):
I'm not sure if anything needed to be fixed in the parser here.
In Matlab R2020a, I see:
>> a = struct('b', {});
>> isempty(a.b,[])
ans =
logical
1
>> isempty(a.b,1)
ans =
logical
0
>> isempty(a.b)
Error using isempty
Not enough input arguments.
This is what Octave did before the change.
The unexpected behavior in the test suite should probably be fixed there
instead.
