Follow-up Comment #29, bug #58689 (project octave):
The attached patch "2_python3_v2.patch" adds a new build rule for python3
instead of updating python2 to python3. It also takes care of explicitly
calling scons with python2 in nsis.mk. So the patch "7_nsis_python2.patch"
should no longer be necessary.
I noticed that I forgot to update dist-files.mk in the patches that add build
rules for ninja and meson. I'm attaching updated patches for those that also
update their dependency to python3.
I started a clean build for win32-32 with these changes again and waited until
mesa built. I'll report in case it fails later on.
