Follow-up Comment #15, bug #58800 (project octave):

Thank you all for the feedback. The win64 build with Markus' patch from
comment #11 has been finished and no problems with Rik's code or with
"test("rng")" occur on Windows 7. I also ran the test suite with 0 fails.

I will built the win32 target overnight and do following tests tomorrow.
