Details:

I have installed octave 5.2.0. As I click on destop icon of both Octave (CLI)
and (GUI), it does not open. (CLI) works from the bin folder inside octave
folder. I have already looked here and followed one suggestion of changing the
target in properties but that did not work. any help will be appreciated.
