Follow-up Comment #34, bug #58795 (project octave):

The sundials wrappers for BLAS functions use sunindextype, so it appears that
it should match the size used by BLAS.

See the file sundials-5.3.0/include/sundials/sundials_lapack.h, for example.

I don't know why this would affect the w32 version of Octave and not the w64
versions.
