Follow-up Comment #21, bug #49503 (project octave):
The patch adds a dependency on "build-octave" to the of-image and
of-statistics that currently need it according to
https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?59081#comment12 . (Hopefully, the *right* ones
in the attached updated patch.)
That way, the new build-octave target can "die out" as soon as the Octave
Forge packages are "fixed" and no longer depend on Octave in their build
process.
