Thanks. The ocs package loads successfully for me with these changes.

The shadowed function warnings I get when loading the package seem to actually
stem from odepkg.
There don't seem to be any BISTs for the ocs package. So I don't know if it
actually works in Octave 6. But it definitely looks better now.
