Details:

I look forward to install octave on my linux computer running lubuntu 19.04,
but whenever I try to install the system gives me an error that one package in
the tree is missing/have no candidate. There is no texinfo available for
download at bionic repo and disco doesn't work anymore. So i can't install
octave.
