Follow-up Comment #9, bug #59149 (project octave):
I deleted and reinstalled all packages manually from Forge. Now the upfirdn
function works. (The entire subdirectory with the .oct files was missing
previously from the signals toolbox).
Also the graph does NOT have the extra peak for me (figure attached). My
Octave version is 7.0.0 (hg id 903fe321649b).
Will rebuilding the packages help you?
