Follow-up Comment #27, bug #59173 (project octave):
Forgot to show the patch that I tried for the Makefile of the control
packages.
Here it is.
With that change, control only builds successfully for Windows if I also apply
"bug59173_3-mkoctfile_LDFLAGS_last_stable.patch".
Without the latter patch, compilation fails with lots of linker errors (mostly
BLAS functions).
