Actually, there is another issue previously identified. These flags return
the wrong result (for build system rather than host)
ALL_LDFLAGS
CPPFLAGS
LDFLAGS
OCT_LINK_OPTS
FFTW3F_LDFLAGS
FFTW3_LDFLAGS
FLIBS
Markus proposed a search and replace on the prefix as a possible fix. Is
there a way to do this that would be more reliable?
Maybe we need to have the install system on Windows fix up these variables.
