Follow-up Comment #64, bug #59432 (project octave):

I don't know yet if I currently understand the backtrace. But it might have
something to do with classdef objects(?) and how they are displayed in the
workspace panel.

Can you test if you can still reproduce the crash when the "Workspace" widget
is closed? That is the widget that displays the name, class, dimension, value
of variables currently in scope.
