Follow-up Comment #25, bug #59451 (project octave):

Hey guys, thanks for looking into this and coming up with a solution quickly!

The fix seems to be working, and the remaining warning and error are a problem
of MOxUnit (just filed https://github.com/MOxUnit/MOxUnit/pull/76 in this
regard), so thanks a lot!
