Status: Ready For Test => Fixed
Open/Closed: Open => Closed

Follow-up Comment #2:
˙copyfile`, `movefile`, and `fileattrib` still aren't working for files
containing non-ASCII characters on Windows. But at least, this is no longer
due to `glob`...
Closing as fixed.
