Follow-up Comment #57, bug #46521 (project octave):
For the huffmandeco
assert #3 is the test with the warning.
fail #1 is the same code just verifying a warning is given.
To see this add two variables
%!test
%! dict = huffmandict (1:4, [0.5 0.25 0.15 0.10]);
%! hcode = huffmanenco (1:4, dict);
Now the assert and fail are this
%! assert (huffmandeco ([hcode 0], dict), [1:4 -1], 0)
%! fail ("huffmandeco ([hcode 0], dict)", "warning")
Is there a better method to test and have an expected warning?
