Update of bug #61006 (project octave): Status: None => Duplicate Open/Closed: Open => Closed Depends on: => bugs #47571 _______________________________________________________ Follow-up Comment #1: This looks like a duplicate of bug #47571 and bug #59495. The Windows console, that is used by the GUI command window widget, crashes on entering certain non-ASCII characters (doesn't matter if typed or pasted). There are currently ongoing efforts to replace the existing command window with one that doesn't depend on the system's console. See: https://octave.discourse.group/t/new-command-window-widget/501 This bug will (hopefully) disappear once that effort is completed.
