                  Status:                    None => Works For Me

Follow-up Comment #3:

Can the original poster confirm that using a longer message string allows for
the title to be displayed?  This looks to simply be an upstream issue in how
much space the window manager reserves for the minimize, maximize, and close
buttons on the title bar.  Marking as "Works For Me".
