Follow-up Comment #21, bug #60273 (project octave):

ok, so by first and other I assume you mean the (1st) ordering and (2nd)
accuracy of the X output matrix? If you're addressing that together here,
should that bug be closed and pointed over here? i'm not familiar enough to
know if there's overlap between the X part and discussion below.
