Follow-up Comment #7, bug #61905 (project octave):

Regarding configuring with `--enable-link-all-dependencies`: IIUC, it would
probably be better if you configured with `--disable-no-undefined` instead.
Unless you are building for one of the host systems listed in comment #3...
