Details:

I tried to install the current version of io package and got the following
error:

>> pkg install io-2.6.4.tar.gz
C:/Program: line 1: [Paths]: command not found

I assume this has something to do with blanks in path names because the folder
"C:\Program" does not exist on my system but "C:\Program Files\..." which is
the path where octave is installed.
