Follow-up Comment #6, bug #62090 (project octave):
Thank you for your investigations Philip. I was aware about the access rights
problem, so my second trial was to run octave as admin for the installation.
That made no difference.
"Special" is maybe that I run a windows 7 system. I could also imagine that
the build process may not be using the expected tools because I have cygwin
and TeX in my path. This could be the reason. I will investigate more on this
an report here if this solves the problem.
This could mean that the octave build environment should put more effort on
controlling paths.
