[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #61821] segfault using tree_parameter_list in oct file

Follow-up Comment #15, bug #61821 (project octave):

I installed the msys based Octave following the instructions in comment #13.
octave --gui works but the test case results in segfault.
octave-cli cannot execute any command. As shown in the attached screenshot
after typing disp(1) it does nothing and it cannot even return to the command
prompt.
