Confirmed.

I've silently fixed this in the on-line repo a while ago:
http://hg.code.sf.net/p/octave/generate_html/rev/50ef077f3792

You can apply the fixes yourself (just 3 occurrences) or wait for an updated
generate_html release.

I'll set status to "Ready for test".
