Follow-up Comment #23, bug #62552 (project octave):
Yeah. I was thinking about the same. Also chained assignments like
`c = a +=b` (which is still ok) aren't really covered by that NEWS entry. But
I thought that it was "good enough"™ to raise awareness.
Please, exchange it with something more precise if possible.
