Follow-up Comment #15, bug #39370 (project octave):
interesting note on eps. I saw that part of mark_facets. figured it was just
looking for sign-flips, and for that purpose it considered anything 0 +/- eps
to be "0" but pushed it to eps to force a consistent sign.
