Follow-up Comment #14, bug #46074 (project octave):

I'm attaching the changeset that adds the ode23tb function from Fabio
Cassini's repository here as a patch (to reduce the risk of losing it
completely).

Maybe someone can pick it up from there.

I haven't done anything with it apart from quickly scrolling through it. I
noticed that there are still some TODO comments. But it looks pretty advanced
otherwise.
