[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #62352] Octave GUI crashes immediatley after loading

Follow-up Comment #19, bug #62352 (project octave):

I let it install for all users and left most of the other options on their
defaults (e.g., installation into `C:\Program Files\GNU Octave\...`).
The only options that I changed was to not install the desktop icon and to not
register the .m file extension.

IIUC, the config file is installed at `%APPDATA%\octave\octave-gui.ini`. That
resolves to `C:\Users\Markus\AppData\Roaming\octave\octave-gui.ini` for me.

I also tried to restart after uninstalling (in case the deletion was delayed
for some reason). But that didn't make a difference.
