Looking at the code again for working out the latest version, I am betting its
actually getting the last installed version rather than the largest version.

I'm basing on the guess that the EnumRegKey call is getting in order inserted
to the registry rather than actual sorted string order.

AT the time it looked like it was in sorted order, but I had probally
installed in order so it just happened to be the same.

I'll look at adding an actual numeric compare for the version.
