Follow-up Comment #18, bug #46830 (project octave):

clicked submit too fast.

this is on Windows 10
Octave 7.2.0, 'installed' by extracting the 7z zip archive and running
post-install.bat. 

maybe I'm misunderstanding comment #16, Reference BLAS is supposed to be the
default (it _ships_with_ OpenBLAS, but using it is left to the user), correct?
