Follow-up Comment #23, bug #46830 (project octave):

OT: Imho, "normal" users should use the installer on Windows. The .7z and .zip
packages are for "more advanced" users.
But I'd guess that the BLAS switcher could be mentioned on the Wiki (if it
isn't already).
