Follow-up Comment #4, bug #63063 (project octave):

Please disregard the patch in comment #2. I didn't realize someone had changed
the function name in several spots while I was editing different parts of the
file. I have attached a new patch file, ode_event_handler-v2-20220916.patch,
which covers my changes only.

I am also attaching another patch, ode_events_struct_fix-20220916.patch. This
makes ode45 and ode23 output Events data in row form when outputting a struct,
while leaving them in column form when outputting individual variables. This
matches Matlab's format (R2017b).
