Follow-up Comment #4, bug #63129 (project octave):
Maybe the issue is that the post-install script is running with elevated
privileges (like the installer)?
I'm not sure about the severity.
I'm seeing the same warning and permissions for a NULL SID user (and the
others). (I don't know since when that is that way.) But I didn't notice any
adverse side effects...
