Follow-up Comment #10, bug #63129 (project octave):
Running the "Bash shell" shortcut with elevated privileges causes the
permissions on the temp folder to change.
Running it without elevated privileges leaves the permissions untouched.
When I add `noacl` to the properties of that mount point like you suggested,
the permissions stay intact no matter whether I run the bash with or without
elevated privileges.
Do you know why we have that mount point? Which operations might be affected
by that change?
