I thought I had submitted this, but dont see it

On installing using octave 6, 7, 8 I get the following error due to the
removal of always 0 error_state:


cl_v4l2_handler.cc: In member function ‘octave_value
v4l2_handler::querycap()’:
cl_v4l2_handler.cc:229:8: error: ‘error_state’ was not declared in this
scope; did you mean ‘error_t’?
  229 |   if (!error_state)
      |        ^~~~~~~~~~~
