Follow-up Comment #18, bug #63129 (project octave):
Could you point me to where the new version of the installer is once it's been
uploaded to a server? I think bug #63148 is a duplicate of this same problem,
except on Windows 7 instead of 10. I can at least point that user to the newer
install if they don't respond.
