@OP: If it is the same problem as bug #63129, it has been fixed. Go to
https://buildbot.octave.space/#/download and download
octave-2022-10-03-00-12-default-w64-installer.exe or any version more recent
than that. This fix will also be in Octave 7.3.0 to be released in about a
month.
Closing as fixed, but if you continue to have problems pls comment here and it
can be reopened.
