Contour plots some erroneous labels into the figure. See figure1.eps, the
labels 0.01, 0.001, 0.0001, and 1e-5 near the x-axis labels -6 and -4.

Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Download files contour_err_data.hdf5 and draw3_3.m

2. Give commands

load -hdf5 contour_err_data.hdf5
draw3_3

in Octave.
