[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #61393] [octave forge] (sparsersb) Crash while "pkg test sparsersb"

Follow-up Comment #10, bug #61393 (project octave):

I installed a version of Octave for Windows that was build with those patches
into a read-only location on Windows. (That is without your patch for the
sparsersb package from comment #1.)

The tests are still failing. (No surprise.) But Octave is no longer crashing.

Even if those patches might not be final, it looks like they are good enough
for the included BISTs. So, I pushed those changes to the release branch of
MXE Octave here:

I'll also try and cherry-pick your patch from comment #1 for the sparsersb
package.
